Job Description
Manages, creates, and executes focused staffing strategy and recruitment in one or more of the following areas: professional, technical, nonexempt, and college recruiting for our Global Sales and Marketing Business. Manages interviewing, selection, and placement of applicants for employment. Interviews and recommends placement of candidates for entry and/or experienced technical positions from both internal and external sources. Pre-qualifies candidates through screening and referring applicants for particular job openings, meeting established hiring targets. Manages client expectations and relationships while serving as a communication liaison for everyone involved in the hiring process in a consultative manner. Provides guidance around recruitment policies, compliance, processes etc. Works under very limited direction and determines and develops approaches to solutions.
5-7 years relevant staffing experience primarily in a professional services environment, financial services, technology and/or consulting.
Sales and/or Marketing recruiting experience preferable. Demonstrated success in utilizing direct sourcing methods and internet sourcing. Solid problem solving skills. Strong change management skills/experience. Competency based interviewing experience a must. Demonstrated relationship building skills a must.
