Description
This position will develop and implement staffing strategies to place high-quality, diverse technical, director-level and other key talent throughout the company. Your strong candidate assessment and negotiation skills will provide an excellent foundation for this position.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

. Act as a mentor or team lead to junior recruiting and staffing professionals
. Apply an in-depth understanding of the business environment, industry strategies, organizational structures and compensation practices in order to construct business cases for proposed solutions
. Consult with hiring managers and interviewers on interview strategy and candidate evaluation
. Consult with hiring managers and department or function leaders on current and future approved openings, workforce planning and the future state of the organization
. Create and implement new passive recruitment strategies to ensure that the client attracts and retains high-quality diverse candidates
. Identify, develop and execute effective passive sourcing options
. Create and lead special staffing projects and initiatives that affect a function or the enterprise
. Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieve staffing objectives
. Develop and manage relationships with vendors, colleges, industry, community- and nationally-based organizations as well as other external parties to build a high quality and diverse candidate pool
. Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers, vendors, generalists and other stakeholders
. Identify focused recruitment campaigns for active and passive candidates and pipelines for future openings and future state of the business
. Obtain required position approvals
. Conduct consensus meetings to select finalists
. Make job offers, negotiate with candidates and close offers
. Include prior candidates in the network
. Use technology to find new members of the network and to systematize candidate's information
. Provide regular communication and value-added messaging to the network
. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple functional groups or business units and for assigned jobs such as technical, director-level or other key openings
. Ensure that the hiring process complies with the clients policies and procedures and with employment laws and regulations
. Proactively utilize effective passive sourcing strategies in an effort to plan for future openings
. Continuously build and sustain a high quality diverse pipeline of director and manager candidates
. Develop and maintains a network of high potential candidates for future opportunities
. Utilize an automated applicant tracking system in compliance with staffing requirements to support the recruitment process
. Analyze measurements to ensure recruitment effectiveness
. Proactively identify issues, problems and solutions
. Work with Partner Resources generalists and business unit and department leaders to understand strategic business objectives and organizational design and to develop strategies to meet current and future staffing needs

Required Skills & Attributes:

. Human resources, staffing and recruitment or related functions (5 years)
. Recruitment in an agency, consulting or high-growth business environment (5 years)
. Experience in a fast-paced environment (3 years)
. Senior level, complex or high tech recruitment (3 years)
. Leadership experience (2 years)
. Strong negotiation skills
. Strong candidate assessment skills
. Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
