Position: Senior Recruiting Specialist
Location: Mumbai, India

Job Description / Responsibilities:
As a "Recruiting Specialist you will be responsible for following

* To source & Submit candidates profiles for our clients.
* To source suitable candidates based on skill sets.
* To achieve recruitment targets.
* To recruit IT talent, through online job boards.
* To identify suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screen candidates, negotiate rates, coordinate interviews, and complete relevant documentation.

Candidate Profile:
* Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in an IT Consulting (International) Firm / Company
* Successful track record in technical recruitment
* Should have 6 months to 18 months of experience in US IT Recruitment
* Should be very well conversant with the latest IT Technologies
* Should have excellent communication skills
* Should be willing to work in shifts
* Should be able to achieve recruitment targets
* Should be able to recruit IT talent, through online job boards
