Senior Remedy Consultants

• This US Government contract warrants each candidate to be of US Citizenship and have the ability to obtain DoD Interim Secret clearance prior to project start, to be considered. (Active DoD Secret clearance, is preferred).
• The candidate will Implement BMC Remedy V7 ITSM/CMDB Asset Management and Change Management applications at US Army installations worldwide in conjunction with rollout of enterprise Remedy solution.
• Conduct interviews with Army installation personnel to gather requisite information required to tailor Asset and Change Management applications to the needs of the particular site, then translate the data from those interviews into configuration settings of the Asset and Change Management applications, implement those applications.
• Finally, conduct classroom training to local site personnel on the operations of all Remedy applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset and Service Level Management applications. Requires travel 100% of the time for one year.
• Five years experience delivering Remedy tool consulting in an enterprise environment
• Two years experience with the Remedy Asset Management application
• Two years experience with the Remedy Change Management application.
• One year experience with other applications in the Remedy 7 ITSM suite of products, including Incident, Problem and Service Level Management.
• Experience in migration processes from Legacy asset and change management environments to Remedy-based environments with a focus on process management and ITIL guidelines.
• Experience with remote and on-site requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis of customer environments in support of establishing Remedy Asset and Change Management configurations for implementation.
• Experience with interviewing a broad variety of customer roles and accurately capturing customer requirements - good customer facing skills.
• Able to function in an advisory role offering technical expertise in Remedy Asset and Change Management. Experience in leading classroom-based training. Ability to present Remedy V7 tool suite training effectively in a classroom setting.
• Proven background in consulting for large enterprise environments such as the United States Government, global Internet companies, telecom environments, B2B environments, university hospitals, financial institutions, retail companies, and/or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to travel 100% of the time for a full year (with exception for normal vacation periods). Some travel may be overseas.

• ITIL Foundation Certification
