POSITION SUMMARY:
The Reporting Analyst Engineer is responsible for technical definition, support and consulting assistance to facilitate data integration and preparation of reports & analytical analysis in support of Client-specific deliverables. Analyst also supports internal corporate performance information and operational information for 50+ Customer Interaction Centers worldwide.

Incumbent will work with external Client personnel, Data Warehouse architect, engineers and ETL programmers in designing database objects and ETL processes to facilitate efficient use of the data in the Data Warehouse by the end user. Incumbent will work as liaison between end users and Data Warehouse team to gather requirements and to disseminate information.

Incumbent will be responsible for making key technology decisions and verifying that the architecture and implementation meets all user requirements. Some other duties may include project timeline development and assistance, client interfacing, and development of business and user requirements. Incumbent will stay informed about other Business Intelligence tools and systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Function as analyst to gather requirements for Client-specific Application Data Integration and Reporting.
- Work with DW architect, engineers and ETL programmers in designing database objects to facilitate efficient use of the data in the Data Warehouse by the end user.
- Provide on-going consulting to report analysts and to pre-sales reporting efforts. This includes assistance in addressing support and data questions for existing production reports.
- Create development specifications that document recommended solutions/implementation techniques
- Assessing the performance and capacity requirements of the reporting technologies
- Making key technology decisions. Verify the architecture and implementation meets all user requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Business Intelligence Analytics (Business Objects product preferred)
- Business Reporting (Crystal Reports product preferred)
- Logical data modeling
- System architecture
- Documentation & Training / Presentation skills
- Internal Consulting
- Knowledge of Data Warehousesdf-tc
