We are the exclusively retained search firm for a $20B process manufacturing company in the Pacific Northwest who is focusing their SAP applications in the CRM arena.

The successful candidate will be attracted to this opportunity to implement a broad-based SAP CRM process to increase growth and profitability for this industry leader.

We seek a highly qualified professional to provide leadership to the company's SAP CRM initiatives. S/he will support project teams and management responsible for implementing SAP customer relationship management and sales & distribution modules while maintaining an integrated perspective that accounts for how CRM interacts within the SAP landscape. The position is viewed as very promotable.

Job responsibilities:
- In a proactive way, work with the SAP program, leadership and teams to ensure full leverage of SAP CRM modules
- Provide guidance to ensure clear decision-making and implementation approaches for CRM
- Prepare project approaches and plans for implementation of CRM in a broader SAP landscape and understand the inter-dependencies between CRM, SCM and the rest of SAP Business Solutions and NetWeaver
- Maintain relations with SAP key account staff as assigned in the area of CRM and SD
- Understand the functional capabilities of such CRM modules as: Knowledge & Content Management; Workflow; Product Configuration; Billing & Payments; Workforce Management and Mobile Sales
- Understand the key CRM data structures and how to map non-SAP data to CRM data structures

Job requirements:
- 5 years implementing complex SAP projects
- A functional vs. technical project approach
- At least 2 years of SAP CRM experience
- R/3 or BW desirable
- Minimum of 10 years in IT
- Experienced in continuous or process manufacturing
