*Search and apply to over 5000 positions nationwide on SigmaTek?s website www.stcllc.com* Title: Senior SAP CRM Functional Analyst Description: SAP functional analyst with a focus on Customer Interaction Center Responsibilities: This strategic senior-level business Systems Analyst position will be responsible for helping with the implementation of SAP?s customer interaction and for on-going maintenance and support. This position will be part of the customer competency center in support of the CRM business systems and processes. The resource will work with the rest of the SAP support team to drive enhancements and projects in the sales, marketing and customer services areas. The candidate is expected to have good understanding of SAP implementation methodology and full life cycle implementation knowledge.

Requirements:

Requirements: 6-8 years experience as an IT business systems analyst or related consulting role and 5 years experience implementing SAP CRM. 1+ year with mySAP IC web client. ? Knowledge of integration points to other SAP modules particularly sales and distribution (SD) ? Hands-on configuration knowledge of SAP CRM customer interaction center ? Experience conducting requirement gathering interviews and workshops with end users. ? Ability to perform gap analysis, identifying opportunities for enhancements and making recommendations based on key findings during requirements gathering ? Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment. ? Proven skills in relationship building, customer-focus, decision-making, and problem solving. ? Excellent communication skills. ? Ability to quickly produce clearly written, well-organized documentation. ? Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business ? Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills Education: BA/BS preferably with a computer science or MIS related degreedf-tc
