Description
Able to apply expert Systems Applications & Products (SAP) systems analysis and design techniques to complex SAP systems development in a specialized area. Broad knowledge of data sources/flow, interactions of complex systems, capabilities/limitations of SAP systems software and computer equipment. As a SAP team or project leader, able to guide development in broad unprecedented computer systems, devise completely new ways to locate/develop SAP data sources, establish new factors/criteria for subject matter decisions and coordinate fact finding, analysis, design of systems. Able to provide systems design in a specialized design area, establish framework of new SAP systems from feasibility studies to post implementation evaluation, devise new sources of data and develop new approaches/ techniques and serve as SAP technical authority for a design area. As a SAP staff specialist, able to plan and conduct analysis of unique problems in a broad system, prepare overall project recommendations, determine a design strategy, design and monitor SAP testing and implementation plans, study broad areas of projected work processes which cut across systems and conduct continuing review of SAP developments applicable to system design, Overall responsibility for evaluating the significance of technological SAP advancement, developing standards and conceiving exploratory investigations where new concepts are required. Able to interface with project managers, customers and management on strategic analysis and design issues., Able to develop SAP marketing strategies and account plans and assist in developing and implementing SAP installation plans. Assist in preparation and presentation of SAP systems assurance reviews. Provide input to ensure proper specifications, installation planning and schedules. Provide SAP education, guidance, first-use assistance and problem solving support. Participate in SAP studies, demos, and benchmarks that support marketing strategies. Participate in SAP proposal preparation and financial analysis. Assist in identifying SAP functionality that meet customer applications and systems requirements. Develop accurate SAP technical recommendations for customers. Identify SAP requirements and deficiencies in hardware and software products.

Education:
BS / BA - CS, CIS, EE, Math or equivalent technical studies is required. Advanced degree, MS / MBA, in related technical field desired.

Required Skills:
5+ SAP years experience in the primary skill required and/or 10+ years of industry experience and or Business IT experience.
