Position Overview:

Our client is a Billion dollar plus global corporation with over 36,000 employees. Working with large global corporations and new generation technology companies, they pioneer not only building new products and services but also help implement prudent business and technology strategies in today's dynamic digital environment.

They are looking for Senior level SAP Consultants to ensure the highest quality of SAP implementations for their upcoming projects.

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience in architecting a complex business solution in the business area (covering multiple modules) in at least 2 full cycle SAP implementation initiatives.

Should at a minimum possess the skill-set/profile of a Consultant and in addition:

? Knowledge and experience in designing solutions in one of the functional areas (Finance, HRMS, Purchase manager, Credit manager etc)
? Ability to articulate process flows for all processes in the above area and clearly understands the linkages & impact on other organization processes
? Strong communication skills with ability to present complex solutions to Senior Client Management (CXO level) and interact confidently with them
? Should have anchored pre-sales activity in at least 2 prospects (proposal making, estimation and discussing the solution with the prospect where required)
? Ability to guide Consultants and other team members in designing solutions in their respective modules
? Ability to manage complex issues and provide workable solutions to client satisfaction

? Provides for continuous development of people

Minimum qualifications for a Senior Consultant:

? A professional qualification (E.g. , Certified Public Accountant) or a BA/BS degree in:
? Finance and Accounting or
? Human Resources or
? Marketing
? Should have received formal training in SAP.df-tc
