BearingPoint is one of the world's largest business consulting, systems integration and managed services firms. We are currently looking to grow our Global Technology Services division and seeking to find a Senior SAP FI/CO Systems Analyst.

Job responsibilities are as follows:
.Works with the user community to identify their requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user requirements.
.Provide functional process ownership of multiple business process areas
.Performs configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality.
.Functions as resident team expert for all configuration issues (both support and project) within their areas (modules) of expertise.
.Serves as functional integration owner for multiple process areas
.Prepares functionality specifications and delivers to ABAP developers.
.Works with the user community to determine the best solution to help resolve customer problems and satisfy customer requirements.
.Collaborates with the ABAP developers and the quality assurance team to develop and test significant new functionality and enhancements.
.Performs integration testing work as necessary to insure that new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.
.Trains end users on new enhancements or functionality as required.
.Insures knowledge transfer to functional analysts as necessary to increase their understanding and utilization of the SAP systems and applications.
.Provides oversight to various SAP Projects to assess overall impact on shared instance
.Utilizes ASAP methodology and tasks required during each phase of the implementation.
.Follows all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, uses standards, procedures, and practices in performing required work
.Performs other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
.5 to 10 years previous work experience in finance, accounting, or inventory management, manufacturing, warehouse environment in a large sized company
.Possesses 3 -7 years of SAP experience with established proficiency in multiple SAP application areas (i.e. FI, CO)
.Participated in 3-5 full project lifecycle implementations using ASAP methodology
.Must understand the concepts of SAP's Corrections and Transfer Systems (CTS)
.Preference for candidates with a college degree in business with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Manufacturing or equivalent business experience. Candidates with Computer science or math back grounds are also acceptable provided that they have had relevant experience.
.Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
.Must be a self starter and team player
.Must have strong computer literacy skills
.Must possess strong analytical and diagnostic skills
.Significant experience doing process decomposition/mapping and BPR (business process reengineering).
.SAP Certification in the FI/CO Module or equivalent expdf-tc
