We have an immediate need for a strong hands-on FICO Systems Analyst to lead by example by configuring, deploy projects, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a specialized service provider to global businesses, is looking for a Senior FI/CO SAP Team leader to fill a permanent opening within their organization located in quaint area of Auburn Hills, Michigan.

This isnt a role for a Project Manager but for a STRONG HANDS-ON LEADER who wants to jump in and lead a smaller group not only through SAP integrations but deployments, configurations, rollouts and support focusing on three major modules, FICO, SD and MM among others in the Global Support process for all SAP environments worldwide.

If you were a PM or Manager over FICO configurattions, deployments and implementations, you need not apply. We are seeking the person who DID the work directly.

What we are seeking is-
- Someone local to Auburn Hills or willing to relocate themselves without financial support.
- One who is used to putting 20% - 50% of their time in support and 50% to 80% in projects.
- A well versed and technically sound SAP Analyst with at least 5 plus years of systems analyst experience. One must have extensive general SAP experience.
- Able to write requirement specifications and functional testing in the SAP finance area.
- A self-motivated leader and first class problem solver who encourages well designed and planned functional solutions by means of project and design reviews and has an expert knowledge of SDLC.

Technical abilities include but are not limited to the following-
- SAP Finance
- SAP modules: SD, MM and FICO
- SDLC
- SAP Security (mid level)
- SAP Script (mid level)
- Project Management

Responsibilities and Duties would include.
- Works closely with Corporate Finance team to identify & deliver the business needs of the client global Finance user population, gathering requirements and analyzing existing SAP software capabilities to meet the business requirements. Configures site specific and global parameters in support of usage decisions.
- Develops and documents the functional requirements/design where customization is required. Utilizes common techniques such as use cases, test cases, DFDs, etc in development of the requirements specifications
- Builds, documents and executes test plans to ensure the quality of software changes. Writes support and user documentation. Trains users as necessary
- Supports and resolves user production issues via problem analysis, identifying if application issues are related to data, application configuration or bugs in the vendor or custom software. Communicates software bugs to both the vendor and the internal development manager/service desk. Provides off-hours operational support as needed (Finance function normally operate within business hours
