Job Title: IT Manager-SAP/HR

SAP 4.7 HRIS Manager that can lead a team of 6 functional analysts. This person would ideally have configuration experience in their past, know all modules of SAP HR and can lead them in 'what can be done in SAP HR' and 'not focus on what is currently being done or how we've always done it. I want someone who can lead this team in improving out functional and technical processes in HR'

Position Description:
Managing IT HR SAP support group: Managing functional support of SAP HR module in the key areas such Personnel Administration, Organization Management, ESS and Global Employment Management, ensuring that the system remains operational, addressing any systems issues. (looking for all modules SAP HR).

(Lead a team of 6 that are responsible for) IT (functional business) applications requirements gathering and documentation for enhancement requests in conjunction with the HR Global Process, Procedures and Processes (GPPS) group. Submitting and managing requests through IT Demand Management Process. Interaction with HR GPPS function to ensure all requests from HR are dealt with effectively, efficiently and in accordance with standard IT practice. Applications testing in accordance with company polices. Involvement in the maintenance of training materials (including Process flows, Process Procedures etc). Involvement in all aspects of SAP HR application support. Continually assess performance of (6) to ensure support is meeting the demands of the customers within the business.

Ensure that GSS ticket management process is effectively managed (this is a internal trouble ticket System), managing ticketing process, reporting on weekly basis on ticket status relating to SAP HR. Align GSS ticket metrics with other IT HR Apps support teams.

Key point of contact with Senior Manager of HR GPPS team for all SAP HR related work. Will assist in the functional design (in conjunction with the HR GPPS team), testing and deployment of interfaces and conversions of HR data to/from SAP and Legacy systems. Must develop comprehensive understanding of global HR/SAP structures. Ensure IT HR SAP group interacts with IT HR Apps and IT HR Time, Labor and Payroll teams, ensuring communications of all updates, changes etc across the entire functional support team. Involvement in evaluation of HR applications suite to be held throughout coming year. Manage People, Performance, Results program for IT HR SAP HR support group team members, managing continual assessment process each quarter and overall annual assessment.

Required Skills:
Requirements
5+ years SAP HR experience in all aspects of the HR module.
Previous supervisory experience essential.
5-8 years of related professional experience
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Strong documentation skills.
Effective communication skills.
Experience with other HR applications preferred.
Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree.
Must have general knowledge of business processes and process management techniques.
Willingness to travel 20%
