Job Description:

The Senior SAP / PP Specialist is responsible for the development and support of the Manufacturing planning & Execution requirements in SAP by working closely with the business using the Lean Six Sigma methodology to capture requirements for changes or new requirements. This position will assess the impact of proposed changes, work with third-party consultants and Information Services personnel, as required, to ensure that the changes are delivered, and then support the business through the implementation process. In addition, the Senior SAP / PP Specialist may be responsible for the development, documentation, and implementation of new or modified business system software supplied by other third-party vendors.

Experience/Skills
Required:

7+ years related business experience

2+ years working with Lean Six Sigma; Green/Black Belt Certification is preferred.

3 - 5 years SAP R3/SCM configuration experience

.MUST have: Superior knowledge of ECC6-PP & SCM PP/DS Configuration

-Experience Leading Corporate Projects

-Experience as Technical project lead

-Experience in discrete industry (discrete manufacturing)

-Superior technical competence and demonstrated leadership within the application discipline

-Leads technical developments in respective discipline

-Recognizes potential problem areas and provides advice and direction on the use of technology tools and problem solving processes.

-Develops technical solutions

-Ability to analyze business process and document as-is , to-be processes and configuration documents

-Possess excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills

-Work independently to support and resolve end user support queries

-Willing to travel for execution of projects at Company's locations worldwide

- BA / BS with MBA or other advanced degree preferred
