Senior SAP System ArchitectLocation: Valencia, CAJob Description:Your tasksThe "Senior SAP System Architect" has the following major responsibilities * Support the further build out of the SAP Freight Management (FMV) environment within the US SAP system environments mainly driven by:* Need to implement a global FMV strategy* Need to consolidate transportation and freight management functionality to achieve a consistent solution without redundant functions* Enable Arvato to offer transportation management as a true value add solution to the marketQualifications/Experience required: Required* At least 8 years SAP experience* At least 4 lifecycle implementation of SAP R/3* Experience with SAP SCM solutions * Strong technical and functional SAP system background* Strong understanding of business processes, SAP ERP/SCM set up and structure, specifically in the area of logistic, transportation planning and freight management.* Ability to architect complex system enviroments* Strong communicationNice to have* Logistic/Transportation Management background* Experience with none SAP system support and implementations (e.g. SQL DB,.net, ...)* Experience with SAP EM and APO systems* Experience with SAP BC and or SAP BWSoft skills* Excellent people- and communication skills (written and verbal)* Excellent organizational skills* Self-handed working style* Follow through* Commitment* Flexibility* Strategic thinking* Drive for results* IngenuityPhysical Requirements:* Requires office desk & office in Valencia facility* Requires the use of office equipment such as multi-line telephone systems, copy machine & computer * Requires the ability to work long hours and endure stressful conditions. * Ability to be extremely flexible.df-tc
