Position Summary:

Senior Level Solutions Analyst responsible for designing, configuring and supporting the current SAP Sales and Distribution module for the U.S. operations. Current configuration experience is required! This position will engage and interact closely with the business, including senior level business representatives, to provide critical analysis, direction, design and business system solutions in the following areas that encompass Order to Cash: Order Processing, Billing, Credit Management., Sales Operations, Delivery processing, SD Master Data, and Pricing.

Responsibilities:

Work in the Corporate Information Systems department reporting to the Manager of SAP Sales and Service. Responsibilities include the design, development and on-going maintenance of the Sales and Distribution module on SAP.
Solutions Analyst will function as a key resource and expert to the Business on how the SAP SD module is used, aligned, and supported by current technology. Must be able to engage with senior business representatives. Must be able to think strategically, plan tactically, and deliver results to the business with trade-offs between costs and risks. Other key responsibilities include utilizing excellent documentation skills to gather business requirements and to document AS-IS, To-BE, and Gap Analysis, complex configuration in all areas of the IMG around Sales and Distribution, ensuring quality solutions and end user testing, developing functional specifications to support configuration and development efforts, and Help Desk support for Production break-fix.
Work closely with other business system analysts and team leads, developers and technical team IS members located in Corporate Applications Group. This is a team atmosphere focused on shared processes and application, development/technical group support.
Analyze and evaluate requirements for systems solutions which improve business processes and productivity.
Ability to manage small to medium sized projects/implementations is required. Work as a team member on various corporate and business unit projects.
Design, implement and improve system solutions for sales and distribution in the following areas:

Sales order entry and order fulfillment
SD Masterdata
Pricing
Billing functions
SD output documents



Requirements:

Education:



BS in Information Systems or Business is preferred.



Experience:

5 – 8 years of experience in the SAP Sales and Distribution module and Implementation Configuration Tool (IMG) is required.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies and application development life cycles.
Be an excellent communicator and possess strong relationship building, consultative, and facilitation skills.df-tc
