Description
Senior SDET

This is a great opportunity for the creative and technical SDET to invent better ways to create test automation and ensure the product is properly instrumented to maximize test efficiency. This is a perfect opportunity for applying test generation or data-driven test approaches, but it will require the expertise and experience of seasoned SDET.

Responsibilities:

-Design and implement test tools and automation frameworks that efficiently validate the product and are used by the rest of the feature team.

-Set the direction for the test architecture and methodology for your feature team.

-As a Senior SDET on the team, you will mentor and grow the technical skills of other SDETs.

-Work with other senior SDETs to implement processes and best practices to improve team efficiency.

-Write and review test specifications that thoroughly validate your team's features.

-Drive testability into your feature team's components.

-Drive quality upstream through root cause analysis.

Qualifications:

-Strong software design, OOP and database system experience.

-Integration of the test automation frameworks through the full software life cycle.

-Visual studio and Team Foundation Server test automation project experience being a plus.

-Solid understanding of test methodologies and tools

-Proficiency with building and instrumenting applications to enable automation.

-Proficiency in test architecture, design and implementation.

-4+ years experience with C# and .Net

-WPF experience preferred.

-Excellent interpersonal, communication and cross-group collaboration skills.

-Track record of applying creativity and innovation to the test domain.

-4+ years of experience developing or testing commercial software.

-Strong ship mentality.

-Experience with scale.

-Performance Testing experience preferred.df-tc
