Title: Senior SMTP/PostFix/Sendmail e-mail Administrator

Location: Charlotte or Raleigh, NC preferred; Remote available



Description:


The Customer=E2=80=99s Lotus Notes environment encompasses the North American and Latin American geographies and serves email and applications to over 25,000 users. Our client provides level 2 and level 3 support services for all email and messaging products used by the customer.
Key Skill Summary: SMTP/PostFix email administration
Position requires Junior UNIX systems admin level skills with Linux or AIX and strong shell or perl scripting ability. IronMail administration ability is a plus. Experience with Lotus Domino is preferred but not required. Three to five years experience in SMTP/PostFix email support is needed.

- Strong team communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills in creating documentation
- Knowledge of automation/scripting skills
- Troubleshoot and resolve level 3 escalated tickets
- Project management, time management and decision making ability
- Position will require admininstrator to be pageable
- Understanding of X.400 messaging preferred
- Familiarity with Nagios network monitoring sofware is a plusdf-tc
