Description
Define and create appropriate database structures for large, custom software applications, . Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, snapshots, views and triggers that comprise the data access layers in n-tier environments, . Analyze database performance and tune for optimization during development and testing, . Maintain the development database environment,. Manage data loading activities on a quarterly and ad-hoc basis. . Translate the logical data model into a physical database implementation




Experience/Skills
The proposed consultant shall have at least five (5) years experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database design, development, and performance management.
. Preferred candidates will have experience with OLAP/Analysis Services and MDX.
. The proposed consultant shall demonstrate consulting and collaboration skills in performing work in a team environment.
