Job Description:
The PSO at Sky IT Group seeks for a real =C3=A2??rain maker=C3=A2?=C2=9D who is highly energetic and results-oriented selling Technology Consulting services professional. Focus should be on IT staffing, consulting services, project development and SDLC project management. Client size should be targeted to small to mid size corporation. The candidate's primary responsibility will be driving services revenue by creating opportunities, opening doors, developing business initiatives. A self-starter with book of contacts is desired. A lucrative compensation package will be given to the right candidate. The right candidate will work closely with Senior Management to identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in line with Sky IT Group's business model and strategies.

Responsibilities:
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Identify new opportunities for software development and consulting services in prospective and existing clients.
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Use innovative prospecting techniques to ensure a strong pipeline.
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Effectively interaction with senior management (C level) at prospect companies to identify areas of =C3=A2??needs=C3=A2?=C2=9D.
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Develop, prepare and negotiate proposals
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Work as a team with SKY IT management on business and sales development activities
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Meeting/Exceeding assigned sales activities and revenue targets
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Interact effectively with business and technical staff at clients or prospects throughout the sales process
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Complete and update Sales Activity and Pipeline Report
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Update contract management system (CRM) (Goldmine)

Requirements:
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 5-10 years above target experience selling software and services.
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Experience and advanced knowledge in the development, management and execution of technology sales processes including lead generation, pipeline management, account planning, proposal strategy and development
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Must have a proven track record and existing contacts/book of business
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Experienced and effective at developing business relationships with senior level management
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Solid writing and editing skills with a focus on developing sales messages with impact
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Ambitious, with high energy level and motivation to make things happen
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Exceptional ability to develop relationships throughout complex organizations
=C3=A2?=C2=A2 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or in a technical field
