We are looking for a dynamic and technically savvy Senior Sales Executive for our Dallas, Texas branch. This is an opportunity to work for a market leader and to apply your experience and sales skills to build success in new and existing clients.

The Sales Executive is a =E2=80=9Cconsultative=E2=80=9D sales-professional who can ask the right questions to determine key client requirements to build credibility and follows up by proposing the right project staffing solution. The Sales Executive is perceived by the client as a "trusted advisor" and is the face of Genesis10 to the client.

To succeed in this position you will be a senior-level IT Consulting Sales Executive with entrepreneurial and =E2=80=9Chunter=E2=80=9D skills to support our growing branch office. You are a confident, self-starter with Executive presence who is comfortable marketing to =E2=80=98C=E2=80=99 and =E2=80=98VP=E2=80=99 levels and has a hunter approach to Business Development with a strong background in IT Contract Professional Services. You are also a team player with a strong track record of consistent overachievement. You have experience partnering with a recruiting team for mutual success.df-tc


Experience/Skills
To be considered, you MUST have the following proven skills/abilities:
- At least 3 years experience selling IT Consulting Services/Staffing Sales in the specific marketplace of interest. (Candidates will not be considered without this experience.)
- Executive presence and comfortable marketing to =E2=80=98C=E2=80=99 and =E2=80=98VP=E2=80=99 levels.
- Hunter approach to Business Development and selling to new clients with a strong background in IT Contract Professional Services.
- Advanced education.
