Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will develop/execute sales-oriented programs for Snickers, Twix, Popables, Milky Way, and Three Musketeers and analzye Sales Execution Plan strategies. Other responsibilities include coordinating sales communications; developing pricing strategies; recommending changes that can improve field sales execution; and reviewing all consumer programs and promotions. You will also develop programs of sale/route to market strategies on these brands and write day-to-day BDT sales bulletins.

The successful candidate must possess 5-8 years of sales experience with 2-3 years in a National Office setting. Excellent influencing, project management, presentation, oral/written communication skills and knowledge of consumer branding, communication and promotional techniques are required. PC proficiency and excellent customer service/multi-tasking abilities are necessary. A thorough understanding of syndicated data (IRI/AC Nielsen) and the ability to perform online analyses by accessing the syndicated services database is a must. Some weekends and travel may be required.df-tc
