One of our best healthcare clients is searching for a candidate to fulfill the role of Senior Security Administrator. In this position, you'll be utilizing your audit experience in an enterprise environment to help ensure HIPAA, SOX and PCI regulatory compliance. You'll be assisting with documentation of security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, performing assessments, assisting internal audit with development, monitoring and reporting from internal controls and security measures. In addition, you'll provide technical support and consultation for the enhancement of, and change to, server security configurations. Analyzing and resolving customer problems by providing second level support to end-user regarding security related issues is also required.

Experience/Skills
To qualify for consideration for this position, you must meet or exceed the following:

  • A 4-year degree, preferably in Computer Sciences or Information Technology or equivalent, related work experience.
  • Expertise in Novell, Active Directory, AS400, Citrix and McKesson is preferred.
  • Experience with User provisioning and de-provisioning for E-Directory, Active Directory, remote and clinical connectivity is sought.
  • Extensive knowledge on the NDS tree/AD structures, performance monitoring, and operational reliability of the operating systems.
  • 3+ years operations experience in large 24 X 7 production IT environment including performance analysis, support, and storage optimization skills, in large IS environment (Enterprise Level).
  • Experience and expertise knowledge of Windows server, Netware, SQL and other databases preferred.
  • SAN configuration and administration experience
  • Experience with enterprise applications and tools.
  • Strong Active Directory skills are very helpful as is experience with IBM Director.
  • Experience with disaster recovery, server performance, new server installation is sought.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work extremely well as part of a team and the confidence to serve as a primary delegation point for management is key.
  • Strong documentation skills and multi-tasking and decision-making abilities are needed for success in this role.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, including the ability to present to senior management
