Description
PURPOSE: As a senior security analyst, your focus would be vulnerability assessment. One of your main responsibilities would be to put together a formalized annual vulnerability assessment program. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILTIES: The ideal candidate will need to have the ability to work cross-functionally across the entire Information Security and Disaster Recovery department of this organization. Be part of a team of senior information security associates who each specialize on a specific area within the group, report to the Information Security Manager, and have no direct reports. Prior exposure and experience with incident management, identity management, HIPAA, and ISO 17799 is required. A CISSP is also required, because it shows that you have been exposed and are knowledgeable in regards to the many areas within information security. Fortune 500 experience is highly desired. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: This client has a mixed environment; experience with Microsoft operating systems, as well as Linux, UNIX, AIX, and Solaris is necessary. Knowledge of at least one programming language such as PERL, C or C++, Java, J2EE, or Shell scripting is mandatory. Sun One Identity Stack, Java System Directory Server, and Java System Identity Server highly desired. NON-TECHINCAL INFORMATION: This client is a Fortune 500 company located in a beautiful, picturesque city in the Pacific Northwest. The city is one that is large, with a small town feel-a great place to raise a family and participate in outdoor activities. Cost of living adjustments will need to be taken into account. Salary is based on experience, 4-year degree highly desired. Six Sigma experience would be appreciated, as well as the ability to run projects independently.
