Qualified candidates will be expected to excel at delivering highly-customized, mission-critical, out-of-the-ordinary solutions to clients across a broad range of industries. This is an opportunity to learn the latest Microsoft technologies, including Share Point 2007, .NET 2.0/3.0, WWF, and SQL 2005, in a fast-paced, challenging and enriching development environment. Responsibilities Responsibilities of a Senior Share Point Developer include:* Develop enterprise Share Point applications using C#, ASP.NET, Windows Workflow Foundation, SQL 2005, AJAX, XML, and Web Services* Implement, configure, administer and support Share Point 2007 web farms* Interface directly with clients to determine requirements and create specifications*Direct individual and team development efforts*Manage feature implementation and quality assurance for assigned projects*Maintain coding standards and best practices*Mentor junior developers*Participate in community efforts, including blogs, newsgroups and eventsQualifications Candidates must possess the following:*3 years enterprise web application development in C#, ASP.NET, XML and SQL*2 years SharePoint web parts, Object Model, web services and custom application development*3 years in fast-paced team development environment*Prior experience managing small development teams (2-5 persons)*Proven track record delivering mission-critical applications within established timelines*Excellent communication skills*Ability to interact directly with clients at the VP level and above*Microsoft certification strongly encouragedTravel some travel may be required.df-tc
