Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Siebel Developer for its industry-leading enterprise software solutions. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of requirement analysis, design, development/ configuration, testing and implementation of Siebel energy vertical within the realm of our product along with configuration of eEnergy, eService and eChannel applications. The candidate will be primarily working with Product Management, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing to design and develop/configure the Siebel portion of the product.


Major Responsibilities:
? Design and develop Siebel solutions for the product
? Maintain and enhance existing applications
? Enterprise wide Siebel deployment using an array of Siebel technologies and integration with other enterprise applications
? Review Requirement Specification Documents & Software Design Specification documents and develop a comprehensive understanding of user requirements
? Active participation in all phase review meetings with the development and business teams
? Estimate and manage all Siebel related tasks
? Be comfortable with fast paced schedule driven product cycles
? Create technical documents to support the implementation
? Train Ops team and customers on our implementation of Siebel
? Perform integration, performance and load testing of the Siebel implementation

Qualifications:
? BS in Computer Science or equivalent
? Total 7+ years Systems Development experience
? 5+ years Siebel experience on back to back Siebel implementation
? Siebel 7 certification
? Extensive experience with Siebel Tools, Object manager, EAI, EIM, VBC, Scripting, Workflow, Assignment manager and Field service
? Extensive experience with configuring complex applets, views, screens and business components
? Experience in Siebel EAI with exposure to Integration Objects, Integration/configuration related eScripts. Strong in Integration Object and property set manipulation, creation of custom Business Services. Usage of commonly used Siebel provided Out of the Box Business Services.
? Plus if experienced in synchronous and asynchronous integrations. Good to have Web Services, middleware?s like TIBCO, MQ Series implementation experience
? Experience with configuring custom extensions to data model
? Plus to have experience with installing, configuring and managing Siebel applications including Siebel server, DB server, Actuate server, client, web and LDAP server
? Knowledge of Oracle SQL*Plus
? Excellent verbal and written skills
? Detail oriented, strong analytical skills and resourceful in issue resolution
? Be a driven, self-motivated, independent and proactive leader
? Siebel upgrade experience is highly desired
? Experience with utility industries will be preferred
