Description
Senior Siebel Project Manager:
  • Providing project management expertise and leadership in the execution of complex Sales and Marketing IT application projects
  • Promote and enforce project management principles, processes and artifacts as it relates to systems development in a global development environment
  • Drive appropriate organizational change and team mentoring as required to ensure the successful project execution

    Base salary of $75,000 to $100,000 + typically a 15% bonus.

    Experience/Skills

  • 8+ years of IT Sales & Marketing project management
  • 3+ years of CRM / Siebel technical or functional experience including Sales Force Automation, Sales Order Management, Marketing Campaign Management, email Marketing, and Customer Data Quality. Ideally, should have served in roles designing and developing applications.
  • Strong experience in IT software and system development methodologies
  • Project management experience with Siebel applications
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
  • Excellent team building skills
  • Ability to manage complex information and rapidly structure and rationalize it
  • Can complete projects with very little/no direction - data gathering and problem structuring
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail, well organized administratively
  • Excellent financial and project analysis/management skills
  • Clear, concise, comprehensive written/verbal communicator
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, MS Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint
