Description
Successful applicant will assist the Coast Guard in maintaining their Enterprise Architecture (EA) infrastructure and management of EA content. Tasks will include configuration and change management, managing data extractions, administering user accounts and user access, conducting surveys to update EA data, and updating and publishing EA products in an EA repository.

Interpersonal responsibilities will include coordination with PSGS associates and CG program managers responsible for the user inter-face of EA products accessible via the CG intranet, which may include CG users and will require good interpersonal skills. Technical responsibilities include maintenance, administration & support of CG's EA repository, controlling user access to EA infrastructure & repository and assisting with the maintenance of the EA Tool Suite (SA & DOORS). Must be able to learn business process modeling working directly for client. Must be a good facilitator able to lead groups of SME in developing architectural work products. Must provide administrative backup to application, data, and development servers.

Education: Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience.

Specific Skills Required: Competent using teleologic SA and DOORS tool set to facilitate and/or be a tool operator for development of BPMN, DoDAF, EA, and Requirements management products. Programming (Dreamweaver, HTML). Good with Microsoft Office Suite. Some experience with XML syntax , usage, and metadata development. Technical writing and editing.

Desired Skills/Experience: VISIO 2002, Adobe Acrobat and Active Directory. FileMaker Pro, PHP, SQL 2000 and Access 2000df-tc
