Description: A senior-level professional, the Systems Development Senior Specialist is competent to work on complex projects and applies an in-depth knowledge of engineering/automation concepts, practices and procedures. The incumbent regularly works under deadlines and is capable of handling extreme workloads. The Systems Development Senior Specialist acts independently, operating with only general direction; errors at this level may cause significant disruption and/or major cost. Incumbents may provide guidance to and assist in training less experienced staff. Incumbents are responsible for the installation, development, implementation, and customization of hardware and software system elements.

REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developer will Design, Code and Implement complex applications, must be able to deliver high quality code on schedule, communicate with groups in and outside the development team.

Must have Delphi or strong Object Oriented Programming experience, MSSQL, MySQL or similar database experience. Must be able to work in a fast paced, cooperative team environment with minimal supervision and have good communication skills.


Education and Typical Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible related technical experience, including 3 years developing large, technically complex systems and 2 years with major responsibility for developing, revising and controlling technical documentation of a complex system.

Specific Requirements: Delphi
MSSQL (stored procedures)
ASP, .NET, IIS experience desired
Strong statistical analysis and data manipulation skills
Familiarity with SDLC and Quality Management is a plus.
