Description
Analyze requirements for new products/product enhancements

Produce designs based on the analysis. Implement the designs into a complete product
Investigate and propose product enhancements
Design, develop, and maintain high quality software applications using the latest technologies and innovations in a timely manner.
Provide timely and accurate estimates for assigned tasks
Thoroughly test code and overall application, and document appropriately.
Thoroughly document changes and/or new features to software in a consistent, concise manner
Provide input to documentation to help them write documentation that is both complete and accurate.
Provide input to testing to aid them in thorough testing
Research new technologies as appropriate.
Function as project lead on specific tasks as required.
Provide assistance and/or mentor other developers on design and development issues
Continue to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
Diligently share knowledge and expertise with others.

Experience/Skills
3+ years of extensive programming in C/C++ on Windows platform
Solid experience in Windows 98/2000/XP/NT programming.
Familiarity with advanced programming technologies
Knowledge of network and systems programming.
Solid structured programming skills.
Ability to organize and maintain complex data objects.
Proven knowledge of development methodologies.
Solid knowledge of programming multi-threaded applications
Ability to lead a team.

Other desired skills:
