We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to work on both applications and integration products. This person should have deep programming skills, and recent server side or application server programming experience. Our environment is .Net and recent .Net experience is desired, but we're also interested in candidates who come from a Java background with experience in server side applications or application servers.

Qualified candidates must have at least 3 years of software development experience, with at least some C++ programming. We're looking for a person with hard-core, low level programming skills such as real-time processing, multi-threaded programming, transactions, etc. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is strongly preferred. Experience as a lead programmer or architect is a big plus. Experience with .Net, COM, DCOM or COM+ are strongly desired.
