Already being a Senior Software Engineer, you have successfully developed and shipped distributed, high-performance system projects. You have demonstrated the ability to work on hard problems and work out ways to develop solutions in deliverable stages. And, demonstrated the ability to work through prioritizing customer requests.Job Focus: You would be very interested in:* How to load, scan, and unload petabytes of data (1015 bytes) in our data warehouse database* How to develop new ways to optimize the organization of that data* How to synchronize processes and synchronize activities across the whole database cluster* How to keep data consistent with distributed transactions coordination* How to use mirroring and other techniques for keeping data highly availableJob Duties:* The Senior Software Engineer will be deeply involved in the entire life-cycle of product development* Major contributor to key software architecture decisions. More and more able to have a vision for what is needed beyond the current project* Design and write enterprise-level scalable and high quality software. Clear that coding is a very important and large part of this job* Gather, implement, and test critical system requirements* Write your own unit tests* Review documentation and code created by other* Facilitate and contribute to QA test plans* Various responsibilities as required for a small company* More and more keeping an eye on how the whole product is doing and proactively contributing solutions.df-tc
