HERES WHAT WE NEED

The Minneapolis office needs a Senior C# Developer to work in a dynamic Agile environment. An ideal candidate will have experience with .net software development, ASP.Net environment. Candidates must be technically strong but also capable of working up to a lead developer role where strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of C#, .NET Framework Class Libraries, and a good understanding of .NET internals.
  • Well versed in core XML technologies (XML, XPath, XSD, XSL)
  • A strategic yet bottom-line approach to software architecture.
    Must take pride in quickly weighing the factors of time-to-implement, maintainability and performance in constructing each design.
  • An understanding of principles for multi-threading programming.
  • Some Web Services/ASP.NET or .NET Remoting experience required
  • Skilled with software modeling tools. A basic knowledge of UML required.
  • Capable with Microsoft Database technologies: SQL Server, ADO.NET, Data Access Layer design, schema normalization.
  • Excellent communication and conceptual skills required. Candidates must be able to convey complex subjects accurately with concise language, both verbal and written.
  • Experience leading or mentoring other developers preferred.
  • Some experience with C++, COM, Win32 preferred.
