Experience/Skills
BS/CS, or related field. 6+ years programming experience in C/C++/C#, VB6/VB.Net, .Net 2.0 WinCE/Pocket PC/WIN Mobile 5 or 6, TCP/IP/UDP/ICMP. Experience in law enforcement, public safety, utilities or transportation. Experience leading development teams, and with cross platform/cross language communication. Background in security/encryption application development. XML expertise, and strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Experience in Design and optimization of large databases – including high-transaction, high-availability. Strong command of written and spoken English.
