Compensation is commensurate with experience.Interested The Senior Engineer will join the core development group of this SaaS (software-as-a-service ) provider. End-to-end core development. Agile environment. Multi-tiered, multi-threaded, multi-tenant architectures and scalability, performance optimization, and security for 24 x 7 x 365 high-volume transactional systems.Duties Responsible for designing new features and enhancing existing ones.• Analyze requirements, design, implement, and unit test• Provide feedback to QA regarding automated functional and load testing• Work in an agile environment (we subscribe to Scrum) as a key contributor within small project teams• Investigate new technologies; promote and champion their adoption• Resolve production technical issuesdf-tc

Experience/Skills
• BS degree (or Masters) in CS or equivalent• 5+ years of experience building highly scalable database-backed web applications• Very strong with object-oriented programming in Java• Fluent with SQL (you do data model design, hand-code SQL regularly)• Experienced with various Java app servers (e.g., Tomcat, Resin), web services (SOAP or REST-based)• Experience with extensive session management, database connection pooling and abstraction, proprietary rendering framework, and AJAX. • Experience with scaling highly utilized functions and modules.• Skilled with requirement analysis, design, unit testing, coding high quality, high performing applications• Strong command of English language (verbal and written communications)• Naturally curious and a self-starter; can pick up and adapt to most any technologies
