Responsibilities:
* Creation and maintenance of game design and code
* Help produce project schedules, milestone goals and task lists
* Maintaining the highest quality of programming on projects
* Mentoring of team members

Qualifications:
* Self motivated with a strong work ethic
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to direct and mentor programming staff
* Minimum two years game development experience
* Fluency in c/c++ is required, assembly knowledge a plus
* Basic 3D math skills are required
* Knowledge of network design and implementation valuable
* Experience with handheld and mobile devices a plus
* Experience in writing 3DS Max / Maya / Photoshop and other plug-ins a plus
