Description
Genesis 10 seeks a Software Engineer in the Milwaukee area for about 4 months ASAP.

. Analyze business needs/problems and provide technical solutions
. Choose appropriate tool sets and architectures to implement solutions
. Design and program applications using structured design and/or object-oriented techniques
. Design and build GUI screens, batch programs and scripts
. Prepare database design, systems solutions and documentation

Experience/Skills
. Minimum BS/BA degree or equivalent in Computer Science or MIS and four years of work experience is required
. Goal-oriented individual with strong communication and team skills
. Comprehensive programming, analysis, and design skills
. Background must include all aspects of the Software Development Live Cycle
. 5+years in each discipline of VB, ASP, COM, SQL Server
. 2+ years of .NET experience required
. Deep knowledge of MS SQL Server - SQL statements and tuning
. Oracle experience a plus
. XML/XSLT required
