Description
CompuStaff Technologies is looking for (2) Sr Software Engineers for the following positions:

Position
.This Engineer will be responsible for the support and development of Gasboy CFN software.

Key Responsibilities
.Participate in the development of enhancements to Gasboy CFN3 software and support for other GVR and Gasboy fueling system software.
.Support Marketing and Sales requests to research issues or provide development scope estimates.
.May involve limited Domestic travel.

Relationships
.This position will interface with the following:
Position reports directly to Gasboy CFN Development Lead
Efforts will be coordinated with hardware and SQA lab personnel
CFN, CRIND and Dispenser Software Developers
Product and Service Support personnel
Marketing Product Managers
Occasional contact with 3rd-Party Systems Integrators/End Users/Customers

Measures of Performance
.Minimal defects in design and implementation of software changes
.Timeliness of completing assignments
.Contribution to the effectiveness of the CFN development group
.Effective oral and written communications skills

Background and Skill
.Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field with at least 5 years experience in software development
.Experience with microprocessors, C and C++ languages
.Experience with point-of-sale systems and peripherals desired
.Able to understand system interfaces and state systems
.Excellent computer skills (Compilers, Clearcase, Windows, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc)
.Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Scope and Impact of Position Responsibilities
.The proper level of performance will ensure on-time delivery of our products and features. It will prevent products with significant defects from getting into the hands of our customers. Poor levels of performance will prevent our ability to meet customer and company schedules, negatively impact sales, and could significantly damage our relationship with our customers.
