Description

BSEE or BSME and 10+ years experience in 8/16 bit microprocessor modules and systems. Visual C++/MFC/STL, Embedded real time software design, C embedded micro (PIC, TMS430, Atmel Assembler Language. Proficiencies in CAD tools are MUST.

Extensive design experience with the ability to understand and work with the proprietary communications protocol.

Familiarity with UL864 testing standard and NFPA 72 fire alarm codes.

Technical writing skills for use in products and instruction manuals, technical bulletins, design specifications, and UL, CSA and other agency submission documents.
