Must have:

Minimum 5+ years experience professional services
Experience leading mobile application development
JSP, Java, XML, XSL, SQL databases (mySQL preferred)
Work in Java Frameworks (Struts, Hibernate, etc), Multi-tier Architecture and Web Services environment (SOAP, etc)
Must be team player w/leadership/mentoring skills
BSCS/equivalent
