Description
Adecco Technical is seeking an experienced (Senior) SOURCING Administrator.

This person's daily Responsibilities will consist of:

-Maintenance of legal sourcing contracts (filing, scanning,
reviewing, mailing, communicating etc.)
-Participating in the preparation effort to move existing soft
copies of contracts into a repository
-Gathering detailed information on software license
agreements/software maintenance & support contracts in preparation for populating new software compliance and tracking application
-Administering workflow application used to track software purchase requests, adding delegates when people approvers are on
vacation




Experience/Skills
Qualifications/Requirements: MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Working knowledge of: MS Excel experience, Powerpoint, ACCESS database (tables, Queries, etc) application, Word, and Outlook
experience
Ability to quickly learn new applications used for workflow tracking
Data analysis skills specifically the ability to sort through information and
identify key elements
Process improvement skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Contract (administrative )support (and tracking)
Some project management experience required
Strong administratively with tracking and reporting progress

Other desired skills:
