Senior Staff, Actimize Developer

Essential Responsibilities:

• This is a senior software engineer position.
• The successful candidate will work closely with the security compliance, fraud and AML technology group.
• The candidate is responsible for design, develop and support various existing and new applications under the Actimize environment in the areas of compliance, AML, Fraud detection and employee surveillance in a fast paced environment.
• The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Actimize developing and running environment - the AIS Server, Modeler, ACM, DART and their interfaces with database and other data sources.
• He/She must work well under pressure and be a self-starter who can handle multiple tasks.

Minimum Professional and Technical Skills:

• Two or more years of experience with Actimize platform is required.
• Five or more years of SQL, PL/SQL relational databases (Sybase, Sybase IQ and Oracle) development experience is also required.
• Knowledge of Web service, Java, C/C++, Perl and UNIX script development experience is required Development experience in both Window and UNIX/LINUX environments. Experience with various ETL tools is required.
• Financial background from bank and brokerage with a focus on regulatory requirements is big plus.

Minimum Education, Certification, Training:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or other similar technical degree from four-year college or university and minimum of 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in financial brokerage or banking.
