Description
Acxiom Corporation is currently seeking a Retail Banking Strategist for our Memphis, TN location. Strategists maintain and grow strategic relationships with the client and develop a trusted partnership environment that optimizes profitability, revenue, and client satisfaction. The Strategist is responsible for fostering client centric behaviors and facilitating the Strategic Relationship Management process.

This position will specifically service the sub-prime mortgage and equity acquisition industry. A strong understanding of credit bureau data and how to appropriately utilize in modeling and analytical functions is required. Candidates must have a clear understanding of sub-prime lending metrics and how to build, execute and analyze multi-channel marketing programs to achieve specific metric targets. Also, candidates must have a current understanding of legal and regulatory issues that impact sub-prime lending marketing programs.

Required Skills: 5+ years in bank marketing, demonstrated expertise in relationship management leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills and expertise in managing account financials.

Nice to Have: Direct Mail marketing experience in any of the following roles: Marketing Manager, Direct Marketing Manager, Database Marketing Manager.
