Description
Provide high-level technical support during problem determination and resolution. Interfaces directly with customer to provide operational support during testing or a disaster.Review test plan documents and set up required system resources prior to start of subscribers test.Review subscribers prior test history to anticipate issues and prevent recurrence of previous problems. Create and maintain written status reports during subscriber testing activities.Conduct pre-testing and Professional Services activities as required. Assist with equipment installation/relocation. Participate in subscriber conference calls and workshops. Assist in training and mentoring the RS I and RS II. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
