Description

Primary Responsibility:
Responds to internal support requests in a regulated environment. Resolves problems related to connectivity, printers, servers, backups, and email. Monitors Microsoft based datacenter servers. Performs periodic system checks and monitors scheduled jobs. Coordinates with other support-specialists to resolve complex issues. Performs basic MS SQL database administration.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
? 3 years of work related experience.
? Strong communication skills.
? Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
? Exposure to pharmaceutical applications such as CMS, CDMS, CRM, and ERP.
? Windows NT, 20000, 2003, XP experience.
? Microsoft Active Directory.
? Must have excellent problem solving skills and a strong customer service orientation. Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; work experience may substitute for degree.
? Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment.
? Strong Documentation skills.
? Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
? Some Scripting language experience.
? Microsoft Exchange.
? IQ/OQ/PQ Execution experience.
? Microsoft certifications a plus.
? Knowledge of HTML, .NET, or ASP.
? Magic Service Helpdesk system
