Complete Description: The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for server administration, monitoring system performance, maintenance tuning, account and password management, capacity planning, documentation, and root cause analysis of server technology. The position will monitor server platforms to achieve optimum performance levels and make preventative adjustments as necessary; provide in-depth diagnosis for system software/hardware failures and develop solutions; install hardware and software according to schedule; and create and maintain documentation on the environment. The Senior Systems Administrator must be able to use ASP.NET to develop Web based applications. Tasks may require working either as part of a cross-functional team or individually. Use of industry standard software management tools and techniques is expected.
