Senior System Programmer

Analyze, design and coordinate the development of software systems and hardware to form the basis for the enterprise monitoring platform through the use programming and scripting skills. The right candidate will required the following skills/experience:

1. Seven (7) years of system administration experience (combined) on Solaris, Linux, AIX and Windows operating systems.
2. Three (3) years of Tivoli ITM, Tivoli NetView, Tivoli TEC experience
3. Five (5) years of Perl programming
4. Five (5) years of Unix shell scripting (preferably bash or korn)
5. Two (2) years of HTML / intranet website development experience

Additional skills:

- Mid to high level experience with Web applications (specifically Sun ONE Java server and WebLogic web and application servers).
- Strong familiarity with the SNMP protocol (Simple Network Management Protocol).
- Nagios network management tool implementation and utilization.
