Description
TM Floyd & Company is currently seeking a Senior System Support Analyst 2/Image Technologies System Support Team Member who will be responsible for PVCS application activities for a contract opportunity in South Carolina.

Candidates will be responsible for the development and implementation of tasks, activities, processes, procedures for the creation of environment(s) associated with the proper utilization of software configuration management applications. Lead a team of technologists experienced in the application of PVCS Version Manager (v7.5), Tracker, Build, and Mover. Experienced in the PVCS Version Manager life-cycle process. Experienced in PVCS Administration processes and procedures. Make recommendations to management on activities associated with the implementation, maintenance, enhancement, control, and performance of the software configuration management applications and environments. Execute approved recommendations as directed. Develop and execute approved problem resolution actions with regard to utilization of Technologies software configuration management applications. Conduct follow-up activities and report when applicable on events associated with resolution actions. Participate as a representative on committees, working groups, or task forces associated with software configuration management applications. Participate in the development of design, implementation, and support recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy with regard to software configuration management applications. Familiar with software scanning, optical character recognition (OCR), and workflow software applications. Experienced in software configuration management application: installation and troubleshooting, development and/or review of life-cycle documentation, creation of processes and standards, setup of security groups and assignment of users, creation and configuration of environments, identification and application of fixes, creation and updating of functional, technical, and standards documentation, scheduling, coordination, and conduct of documentation walkthrus, coordination and implementation of upgrades, and organization and management on shared drives. Lead or participate in work sessions for planning and implementing installations and problem resolution. Monitor system performance. Provide near real-time data and develop reports as required. Execute other duties and assignments as directed by management.
