Description
Genesis10 has an opportunity for a Senior Systems Analyst. There are two positions available.
**Note..W2 only; No Third Parties....US Citizen/Green Card Holder only.
Ideal systems analyst should have a minimum of ten years experience in software development field with experience in all stages of the SDLC. Candidate will have a minimum of 3 of the 10 years as a system analyst. Proven track record working on large software development, systems implementation, and systems integration projects.

Scope of Work:
. Participate in detailed design specifications creation and reviews
. Trace design documentation to requirements
. Generate unit test outlines for testers based on requirements
. Interact with internal teams to ensure data quality and promote effective applications development within the organization's information systems tenants
. Gap analysis and solution design for legacy systems impacted by integration of new systems
. Decompose and solve complex business problems for implementation
Required Skills:
. Strong ability in system engineering, information engineering, and software engineering design
. Provide technical leadership in developing approaches to the solution of critical architecture problems and broad design issues
. Excellent communication and analytical skillsdf-tc

Experience/Skills
Desired Experience:
. Rational Process and Rational Tool Suite (RUP)
. Experience delivering enterprise solution implementations
. Knowledge of object oriented programming languages such as Java and C++
. Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS)
Beneficial Experience:
. Experience in the Energy Industry
. Experience with XML, XML parsers, and XSD
. Experience with UML Notation
. Knowledge of JUnit
. Translate requirements and designs into detailed test plans for system testers
