We have an opening in our Information Technology Department for a Senior Systems Analyst to be assigned as an Integration Specialist to our Enterprise Business Solutions team.

The purpose of this assignment is to provide leadership and implementation support for applying middleware technologies to integrate data across independent applications. This position will be responsible for implementing a more controlled approach to integrating data at the Client This will involve researching best practices at other organizations, recommending and implementing processes, procedures, and tools. This role will work closely with the development project teams to insure compliance and progress towards integration standardization.

The candidate should possess the following:
- Four-year college degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 6 - 8 years of IT experience at a similar sized organization over 1 billion in sales
- Experience using middleware tools to integrate applications
- Experience in Food or Consumer Products Industry a plus.
- Excellent communication, team-working, and organizational skills
- High motivation & energy, ability to work independently
- Excellent -root cause- problem determination and resolution skills
- Flexibility to work outside of comfort zone and learn/support new software technologies
- Detail oriented and possess strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to function as part of a team consisting of IT personnel, user department personnel selected outside vendors and customers
- Ability to create or maintain accurate documentation
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget that meet or exceed original requirementsdf-tc
