Description:
The successful candidate will be accountable for leading the continual system integration and business process improvement of all application management team portfolio technology projects. Work scope also includes providing production support, performing project management and application development lifecycle methodology support, and leading enterprise change management activities related to system deployment.

Duty/Responsibility:
1. Assist in the establishment of an effective business systems process framework to identify and execute continual improvement and maturity of project management and application development lifecycle methodology leveraging off of LSR, SCR and GSM corporate supported processes.
2. Extensive experience with both custom development and packaged system implementation, including full life-cycle implementations.
3. Create and develop concise technical requirement documents and reports.
4. The position will have ownership for functional design, requirements, systems analysis, customer expectations, project schedule, scope/risk management, and support for various projects and business systems related to IS PMO portfolio.
5. Lead project documentation current state analysis and refinement to determine strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities for improvement utilizing medical device industry best practices.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Systems analysis experience with PDM, ERP, and E-MES applications.
2. Full-cycle systems deployment of business systems utilizing process standards.
3. Proactive individual who has a bias for change management and delivering projects on time.

Experience:
1. 5 years systems analysis experience.
2. 5 years systems implementation experience.
3. 5 years medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience desired.
4. 5 years experience in establishing and executing Software Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) compliant policies, procedures, and performance metrics with proven ability to successfully document mature disciplined business processes and procedures using workflow modeling techniques and standardized documentation standards.

Education/Training:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
Masters degree preferred.df-tc
